The competition celebrates British chocolate artisans who respect the flavour, origin and sourcing of the cacao in their chocolate. While the majority of the day was spent in focused, silent concentration, the breaks offered a chance to reflect on the growth, high standards, and exciting developments in the UK craft chocolate sector. We also discussed how, as tasters, we can continue to support and celebrate this vibrant community through the British awards.
