Les dates et les lieux de certaines comp\u00e9titions \u00e9tant encore en cours de confirmation, veuillez consulter notre site r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour vous assurer de ne pas manquer votre comp\u00e9tition r\u00e9gionale. Le jugement sera en partie \u00e0 distance, avec des \u00e9chantillons envoy\u00e9s aux juges \u00e0 domicile. Veuillez vous r\u00e9f\u00e9rer aux annonces individuelles des comp\u00e9titions pour plus d&rsquo;informations.<\/p>\n<p>Suivant notre principe fondateur de transparence et de concentration sur le cacao fin, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de relancer l&rsquo;ensemble de nos concours de chocolats fourr\u00e9s sous le nom de \u00ab Concours de Chocolatiers Artisanaux \u00bb. Nous voulons c\u00e9l\u00e9brer et soutenir les chocolatiers et les entreprises utilisant du cacao d&rsquo;origine identifiable et tra\u00e7able. Ce changement met nos concours de chocolatiers en ligne avec nos concours bean-to-bar. Nous veillerons \u00e0 ce que nos juges \u00e0 distance re\u00e7oivent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des envois d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillons et ils jugeront les entr\u00e9es dans les 3 semaines suivant la r\u00e9ception des produits. Cela garantit que tous les produits seront \u00e9valu\u00e9s dans leur \u00e9tat le plus frais et le plus parfait.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"fr\">A quel concours devez-vous vous inscrire ?<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que nous organisons nos concours de chocolat nature\/d&rsquo;origine et aromatis\u00e9s bean-to-bar s\u00e9par\u00e9ment de nos concours de chocolatiers artisanaux, si vous \u00eates une entreprise qui cr\u00e9e des produits pertinents pour les deux, vous ne savez peut-\u00eatre pas \u00e0 quels concours vous devez inscrire vos produits sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Les concours r\u00e9gionaux de chocolatiers artisanaux<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0acceptent et jugent les produits de chocolat fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de couverture ou du chocolat bean-to-bar du participant, tous deux ayant une source clairement tra\u00e7able pour le cacao utilis\u00e9.<br \/>\n<strong>Types de produits accept\u00e9s :<\/strong> chocolats fourr\u00e9s, truffes, ganaches, pralines, caramels, fondants, fruits et noix enrob\u00e9s et\u00a0p\u00e2tes \u00e0 tartiner \u00e0 base de chocolat de couverture ou \u00e0 partir du propre chocolat bean-to-bar du participant, ainsi que des tablettes de chocolat aromatis\u00e9es \u00e0 base de chocolat de couverture (mais pas de bean-to-bar!).<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Les concours r\u00e9gionaux de tablettes Bean-to-Bar<\/strong><\/em> acceptent et jugent les tablettes de chocolat nature\/d&rsquo;origine et les tablettes de chocolat aromatis\u00e9es fabriqu\u00e9es \u00e0 partir du propre chocolat bean-to-bar du participant, tous les produits ayant une source clairement tra\u00e7able pour le cacao utilis\u00e9.<br \/>\n<strong>Types de produits accept\u00e9s :<\/strong> (seulement Bean-to-Bar!) tablettes de chocolat nature, tablettes de chocolat nature d&rsquo;origine unique, tablettes de chocolat aromatis\u00e9es, tablettes de chocolat d&rsquo;origine unique aromatis\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Par exemple, une entreprise qui cr\u00e9e des tablettes et des chocolats fourr\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de son propre chocolat bean-to-bar devrait donc soumettre ses tablettes nature\/d&rsquo;origine et aromatis\u00e9es au Concours r\u00e9gional Bean-to-Bar respectif (par exemple : Am\u00e9riques, Europe\/Moyen-Orient\/Afrique, Asie-Pacifique) et soumettre leurs bonbons, drag\u00e9es au Concours r\u00e9gional de chocolatiers artisanaux respectif (par exemple : Am\u00e9riques, Canada, Europe de l&rsquo;Est, Fran\u00e7ais, Asie-Pacifique, etc.).<br \/>\nAu contraire, si une entreprise cr\u00e9e des tablettes et des chocolats fourr\u00e9s uniquement \u00e0 partir de couverture, celle devrait inscrire tous ses produits au concours r\u00e9gional des artisans chocolatiers de sa r\u00e9gion respective.<\/p>\n<p>Nous esp\u00e9rons que cette explication vous indiquera plus clairement o\u00f9 entrer vos produits chocolat\u00e9s.
