A partir de la saison 2021-22, tous nos concours de chocolatiers seront d\u00e9sormais uniquement d\u00e9di\u00e9s aux produits chocolat\u00e9s \u00e0 base de cacao de provenance identifiable et tra\u00e7able. (Le chocolat blanc et le beurre de cacao sont actuellement exempt\u00e9s de cette r\u00e8gle). Toutes les \u00e9valuations sont anonymis\u00e9es, y compris lors de la session finale du Grand Jury, o\u00f9 les scores sont examin\u00e9s pour en assurer la coh\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n<p>Les prix sont d\u00e9cern\u00e9s selon les scores de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence standard pour chaque m\u00e9daille.
